Deposits & Payments
• A deposit is required to reserve your date (paid online on our booking page).
• Remaining balance is due prior to departure (card or cash accepted, unless stated).
• All pricing and availability are shown live on our secure booking portal.
• Mate gratuity is not included. 20–25% is customary for great service.
Cancellation & Weather
• Free changes/cancellation up to 3 days before your trip.
• Within 3 days, deposits are non-refundable; if we can fill your spot, we will try to reschedule.
• Weather calls are made by the Captain for safety. If we cancel for weather, you may reschedule or receive a deposit refund.
• The Captain may adjust timing, route, and techniques to match conditions and keep your group safe.
Late Arrival & No-Show
• Please arrive 15–30 minutes early for parking, check-in, and the safety briefing.
• Late arrivals may reduce fishing time; trip end time often stays the same.
• No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
Trip Timing
• Trips are dock-to-dock unless stated. Time includes the ride out and back.
• Offshore runs depend on weather and bite. Longer trips open more options.
Catch Policy
• You may keep legal fish within current FWC size and bag limits.
• Catch and release is encouraged for non-table species and trophy fish.
• We clean and bag edible fish at the dock where permitted.
Licenses & Safety
• All required state and federal fishing licenses are included for your group.
• USCG-compliant safety gear is on board; crew provides a safety briefing before departure.
• Please follow crew instructions while lines are in the water and while the boat is underway.
• The Captain may end a trip early for unsafe behavior or unsafe conditions.
HOUSE RULES & ARRIVAL
Capacity, Age & Accessibility
• Maximum 6 guests per USCG regulations.
• All ages are welcome; minors must be accompanied by an adult.
• Let us know about mobility needs in advance so we can advise based on sea conditions.
Food, Drinks & Prohibited Items
• Water is provided. You may bring snacks and beverages (cans preferred; avoid glass if possible).
• Drink responsibly. No illegal substances.
• Smoking and vaping policy: please confirm with the Captain before the trip.
Personal Items
• Secure phones, sunglasses, and valuables. Saltwater can damage electronics.
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
Sea Sickness
• If you are prone to motion sickness, take medication the night before and the morning of your trip (as directed).
• Tell us in advance and we will help you plan a smoother day.
Transfers & Add-ons
• No ground transfers are included in trip rates.
• Ask about special requests (sunset starts, photography, custom hours) in advance.

WHAT TO BRING & TIPS
What to Bring
• Sun protection: hat, polarized sunglasses, reef-safe sunscreen
• Non-marking footwear or sandals
• Snacks/lunch and preferred drinks (cooler space may be limited)
• Camera/phone; small soft bag for personal items
• Motion-sickness meds if needed (take as directed before boarding)
Tips for a Smooth Day
• Early departures help beat heat and traffic and can improve fishing windows.
• Tell us your goals at the dock (species, style, or “just bend rods”). We will tailor the plan.
• Listen for crew directions during hookups for safety and better land ratios.
